Privacy policy

This policy explains how personal data of visitors to micra.health (the “Site”) is processed. It is written to meet the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
1. Who we are
The controller is Stanislav Valentinovich Sheremetev, sole proprietor registered in the Russian Federation (taxpayer ID 165608852658, registration number 321169000145871) (“we”).

2. What we collect
The Site has no sign-up, contact forms or comments: we never ask for your name, phone number or email address.
When you visit the Site, the following is processed automatically:
- cookie data and similar identifiers of your browser and visit;
- technical data: IP address, browser and operating system, device type, screen size, language, approximate location derived from the IP address, referring page;
- usage data: pages viewed, time and length of the visit, clicks, scrolling, cursor movement, and session replay (Yandex Metrica “Webvisor”). The only input field on the Site is the journal search;
- server logs kept by the hosting provider: IP address, time of request, page address, browser details.
We do not process special categories of data (including health data) and do not try to identify you from the data above.

Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics are not loaded until you click “Accept” in the cookie banner.

We do not sell personal data and share it only with the services above, the Site’s hosting provider, or where the law requires.
International transfers. Using these services means your data may be transferred outside the EEA, including to Russia and the USA. Transfers to Russia rely on your explicit consent (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR); transfers to Google LLC rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable and on standard contractual clauses.
The Site links to the Micra Telegram bot and other external resources. Data processing in the bot is governed by its own documents, available in the bot.
5. How long we keep data
Analytics data is kept by the analytics services for the period set in their terms, but no longer than 2 years. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Your choice in the cookie banner is stored in your browser until you clear it.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To withdraw consent: use “Show the cookie banner” on the Cookies page and choose “Decline”, delete cookies in your browser, or email atlantglo@gmail.com. We reply within one month.
7. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS only, and only we have access to the analytics accounts.

We may update this policy; the new version applies from its publication on this page. The date of the current version is shown above.
